Position SummaryAs the Cafe Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the experience of our customers. Recruit, train, and mentor cafe staff to foster a cohesive team environment and empower individuals to achieve their full potential.4. Set performance targets, monitor key metrics, and implement strategies to optimize productivity and drive sales growth.5. Develop a deep understanding of our cafe menu offerings and merchandise, enabling you to provide personalized recommendations and enhance the overall customer experience.6. Liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate promotions, events, and initiatives that align with the broader brand strategy.7. Monitor expenses, analyze sales data, and implement cost-effective measures to maximize profitability and achieve financial targets.
