Responsibility • Set strategies and directions in different areas related to training such as training courses and management systems of Agent channel or Bancassurance.• Develop and implement Insurance Sales strategies, procedures, and systems to ensure consistency and harmony with the mission framework.• Design and present plans and projects supporting human resources development of internal staff and agents, and manage projects to achieve the target.• Consolidate MTL's strategic plans for communicating policies and directions to MTL Academy Committee.• Develop training patterns to be innovative and interesting to urge the target group to participate in training.• Work closely with MTL Trainers to ensure all learning classes run smoothly with all channels. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields.• At least 5 years of experiences in HR strategy,Learning & Development Planning, Insurance Sales strategies, or HR Project Management.• Good communication skills, Interpersonal skills, and Presentation Skills.• Result Oriented, Accountability, Teamwork and Highly organized.• Highly motivated, proactive, and always want to develop themselves.• Ability to work overtime or in other locations besides Bangkok.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
